Initial Consultation and Assessment:
$60 - Virtual meeting
Eating Plan and Basic Workout:
$30 - One time fee
Singles Rate:
$300 - per month/per person for 1 hour sessions, 2-3 days per week
Duo Rate (2 Persons):
$450 - per month/per duo for 1 hour sessions, 2-3 days per week
Group Rate(4 or more people):
$150 - per month/per person for 1 hour sessions, 2 days per week (In-Person Group training)
$70 - per month/per person (Virtual Group training)
